The Trump Organization was established in 1980 as an umbrella company for the company’s many holdings, which include luxurious real estate developments, hotels, casinos, golf courses and other recreational facilities. In 1996, the company acquired the Miss Universe Organization that produces the Miss Teen USA^®, Miss USA^® and Miss Universe^® pageants.
